The amount on the offer includes them, so there is no separate toll payment and nothing to submit afterwards. The app routes the delivery before it reaches your Offers page and reads the tolls along that route. They go onto the delivery as their own line, and the shipper covers them. In the New York congestion zone, the congestion toll is added the same way.
The figure follows the route the app planned. A toll you pay on a different road does not reach the delivery.
