Your location. The app uses your phone's live location to find the delivery jobs posted around you, so it needs a recent location reading. Open the app with your location turned on and stay on the Offers page for a minute, so the app can update your position.
Your vehicle. Delivery jobs are posted for specific vehicle types, and your Offers page shows the ones that fit yours. You can add another vehicle under Menu → Vehicles & Equipment.
Business preferences. Some jobs may not be visible to everyone, depending on the businesses' preferred drivers and rating limits, and any time conflicts with the jobs you're currently assigned to.
