Your on-time rating reflects how consistently you arrive at your pickup and delivery locations on time. Open the menu and it sits at the top next to your name, together with your other two ratings. Recent deliveries have a greater impact on your on-time rating, so your score can improve more quickly as you complete more jobs on time.
If a shipper selects you as a preferred driver, you can apply to all of their jobs at any time regardless of this rating.
