After completing your first job, the app will ask you to set up your payment method. This is done through Stripe. Go to Menu → Activity & Payouts and tap Set up payout account.
Setup runs in two steps. First, the W-9, the tax form for people working as independent contractors in the US. Then, a secure Stripe page, where you enter your personal details and the bank account you want the money in. Those bank details are kept in Stripe, not in the Metrobi Driver app. To change your bank account or tax details later, tap Manage tax and bank info on that same screen.
You can set up your Venmo account for tips. Set up Venmo tips saves a link to your Venmo profile, in the form https://venmo.com/u/yourusername. Tips never pass through Metrobi or through a payout.
