When you become a preferred driver for a shipper, you get priority to win their future jobs. Their delivery jobs show higher on your Offers page, you can see the jobs they keep for their preferred drivers, and you carry a head start into the auction on their jobs.
A preferred driver is a shipper's own shortlist of drivers. Each shipper keeps its own list, and being on one changes nothing with the others.
What gets you on a list is the work itself. Shippers add the drivers who keep showing up for them and complete the jobs well, so becoming a preferred driver for multiple shippers is the best way to achieve consistent earnings on the Metrobi Driver app.
You can ask to join a shipper's list at the end of a delivery. Once the route is completed, the app will ask you to rate the shipper. If you give them 4 stars or more, a pop-up will appear asking if you'd like to complete more deliveries for that shipper. If you choose yes, we'll send the request to the shipper, and they'll decide whether to accept it.
