After completing your first delivery job, the app will ask you to complete your profile by uploading photos of your vehicle and insurance. You can also add images of certain delivery equipment that you own.
Vehicle. Upload 4 photos of your vehicle: from the front, from the back, from the side, and showing the cargo space. Once uploaded, the app will process the photos and verify them. If an update is needed, the app will notify you with a reason, and you can then submit new photos.
Insurance. Upload a photo of your vehicle insurance. The app will need to read the registered driver's name, the make and model of the vehicle, and the expiration date. Once uploaded, the app will process the photos and verify them. If an update is needed, the app will notify you with a reason, and you can then submit a new photo.
Equipment and abilities. For some delivery jobs, shippers will mark specific equipment or ability requirements, like a dolly, a hand truck, a catering cart, experience with catering setups, lifting heavy items, etc. You can still apply for and win the jobs that have these requirements, even if you didn't add said requirements to your profile. If needed, the app will notify you shortly after winning the job. You can upload photos of the equipment that you own and mark the abilities that you want on the same screen.
