Call for help on the stop card lets you call the receiver, contact shipper, or contact Metrobi. The first two work as a callback: the app rings your phone from a private number, so neither side sees the other's number.

When loading runs long at a pickup
A button Request wait time compensation shows up on the pickup card once you're near the location. Tap it and the card shows Tracking wait time. Once you upload your pickup photo, Please confirm wait time opens with the loading time already included in your payment, the additional loading time on top of it, and the amount. This is sent to the shipper for review.

If you can't find the receiver
A button Couldn't find the receiver? shows up on the drop-off card once you're near the address. Tap it and it starts a 4-minute countdown for the receiver to show up, and offers the calls while you wait. When it ends, View alternative delivery options opens.
Shippers choose what those options are. One is leaving the package in a safe spot and photographing it, which completes the delivery. The other is taking the products back: the app adds a return stop to your route, updates your payment for it, and asks for a photo of the street number before Mark as unsuccessful.
